From a quick consultation to a full custom build — we meet you where you are in the conversion process.
Custom eBike Conversion
We build custom eBikes from the ground up. You bring the vision — a trail shredder, a commuter, a cargo hauler — and we handle the rest. Motor selection, battery matching, frame compatibility, component sourcing, assembly, testing, and delivery.
The Process:
1. Consultation — We discuss your riding style, terrain, budget, and goals. Free 15-minute intro call or detailed paid session.
2. Specification — We recommend a motor platform, battery, and component package tailored to your needs and donor bike.
3. Sourcing — We order parts, or work with components you already have. We can also source a donor frame if you need one.
4. Build — Professional assembly in our San Rafael shop. Every build is tested before delivery.
5. Delivery — Local pickup in Marin County, or we arrange shipping within California and the Bay Area.
Service Area: In-person builds for Marin County, SF Bay Area, and Northern California.
Pricing: Custom builds are quoted per project. Contact us with your bike and goals for an estimate.
Remote Consulting
Not local? No problem. We consult with DIY builders nationwide via video call. Whether you need help choosing a motor, matching a battery, checking frame compatibility, or planning your entire build — we have done it before and can save you hours of research and costly mistakes.

Technical Consultation
$100/hour
Deep-dive on motor selection, battery matching, frame compatibility, build planning, and troubleshooting.
Availability: Monday through Friday. Last slot starts at 3:00 PM Pacific.
What to prepare: Photos of your bike (full bike, bottom bracket area, battery mounting area), your riding goals, and any parts you already have.
DIY Kits & Parts
Prefer to build it yourself? We carry complete conversion kits and individual parts from CYC Motor, Bafang, and TongSheng. Every kit ships with everything you need except the battery — and we carry those too.
